Plant in mid May in full sun and well draining sun. Enjoy “new potatoes” harvested during the summer or wait for plants to die back in fall to harvest for optimal storage.
YUKON GEM: An excellent yellow fleshed all-purpose potato. Tubers are similar in appearance to ‘Yukon Gold’, but with higher yield potential.
